| Abstract: | A list of Trichoptera caught in western Turkey in May and June 1992 is given. The following new taxa are described and figured: Rhyacophila fasciata mysica (Turkey), R. f. kykladica (Greece: Kyklades Islands). R. f. libanica (Lebanon), Tinodes rauschi marmaris (southwestern Turkey), Tinodes karadere (Turkey), Hydropsyche cetibeli (Turkey), Beraeamyia kamberlera (Turkey), Notidobia salihli (Turkey) and N. bizensis (Albania). Rhyacophila aliena and R. denticulata are reduced to the status of subspecies. The females of Allotrichia spp. are described and figured. Two intermediate specimens between Micropterna sequax and M. coiffaiti are described and figured. Some zoogeographical findings are presented. A list of species new for Turkey found since 1987 is added. |
